As a Credit Controller based in Portadown you'll be responsible for: To manage a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk. Work within set measures, KPI's and objectives assigned (individual and/or team). Ensure systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service. Identify and actively drive query resolution to enable free cash flow into the business and reducing debt risk, including investigating, approving (where appropriate) and crediting disputes. Identify and where possible, implement, problem solving opportunities. Identity and support the implementation of process improvement opportunities. To be able to work on own initiative or in a team on improvement projects. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio. Work closely with, and be able to influence with integrity, internal and external stakeholders to successfully manage your customer portfolio. Attend internal or external meetings as required. To act in accordance with department Policies & Procedures, with full Audit & Data compliance. This is a part-time, permanent, role working 23hrs per week, Wednesday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Role is office based, no weekend work required. And here's what we'd like you to have: Demonstrate experience in Credit Control environment, ideally at least 2 years.
