Mavin Recruitment Limited is recruiting experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers to support a children’s home working with young people presenting with complex emotional and behavioural needs (EBD), trauma-related behaviours, and safeguarding risks. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a structured, high-support environment providing 2:1 care (and at times 3:1 support) to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young person. Essential Requirements Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (certificate required before interview) Minimum 1 year experience in a children’s residential setting Valid Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) PMVA / Team Teach / MAPA or equivalent physical intervention training Full UK driving licence Ability to work long shifts and sleep-ins
