1:1 Teaching Assistant – Lincoln Area
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1:1 support and help make a real difference in a child’s education.
The Role:
* Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
* Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
* Contract: Full-time, Temporary/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised one-to-one support for a student with SEN.
* Assist with tailored learning plans to support academic and social progress.
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies.
* Foster positive engagement in classroom activities and behaviour management.
* Track and report the student’s progress to teachers and parents.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties).
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
* Strong communication skills for working with staff and parents.
* Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in SEN or Teaching Assistance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
