International Cars LTD, a company of Dover Honda and part of the International Cars, Ltd. group, seeks dedicated professionals passionate about automobile sales. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
* Ability to build positive, lasting client relationships
* Professional appearance
* Effective communication skills with clients, peers, and managers
* Strong computer skills and organization
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
* Willingness to pass background and drug screening
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in selecting vehicles through engaging questions and attentive listening
* Follow up with clients to encourage referral business
* Support departmental objectives and contribute to the dealership’s business plan
* Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high satisfaction ratings
* Contribute ideas for maintaining a competitive edge
* Complete and hand over all transaction paperwork to the Business Manager
* Prepare vehicles for delivery and demonstrate features professionally
* Ensure customers understand vehicle operation, warranties, and paperwork
* Know and comply with all relevant laws governing vehicle sales
* Meet or exceed sales/leasing targets
* Participate in training to stay current on products and sales techniques
* Explain vehicle depreciation and trade-in values to customers
* Follow up on post-delivery items and customer requests
* Analyze sales activities regularly to improve efficiency
* Assist with lot maintenance and vehicle organization
