Working hours: Sunday: 22:00 – 06:05 / Monday – Thursday 21:50 – 06:05)

We are on the hunt for a Stock Controller to come and join our sweet world of HARIBO
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a seat within our Despatch Supply Chain team where you will play a crucial role in carrying out inventory measure to ensure accurate physical and systematic recording of stock holding. This could be your opportunity to make a sweet wave in the industry as your support ensures our operations run smoothly.
How you'll contribute to the mix:

* Maintaining accurate stock levels and material inventory working to an accuracy of 95%
* Completing cyclic counts on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
* Investigating any discrepancies by providing a full report of findings including root cause and data
* Reviewing and reporting on obsolete and redundant materials
* Involvement and attendance in all quarterly stock counts
* Maintaining accurate stock records both historically and ongoing
* Checking and adjusting physical count with systematic counts and highlighting large discrepancies to your immediate manager for resolution
* Ensuring integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
* Liaising with all departments to offer support and ideas on stock accuracy and how this can be achieved

If you have current or previous stock control experience, we would love to hear from you… this could be a sweet new role for you
Are you a data guru? We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when it comes to interpreting and understanding data. Planning and organisational skills are also a must alongside the ability to really think on your feet and demonstrate innovation.
A real customer focused attitude is also critical to thrive in this role whilst also being a fantastic team player. Communication is also key, we are looking for someone who doesn't shy away from demonstrating impressive written and verbal communication abilities. Last but by no means least, IT must be your friend (if you have dabbled in stock control programmes… even better).
