Group Tax Manager Location: London (UK) Work Type: Hybrid Working (2-3 days in the London office) About GLAS Global Loan Agency Services Limited (GLAS) was established in 2011 as an independent provider of finance administration services. The company was originally created to provide the market a willing participant in complex loan restructuring transactions where many large institutions are reluctant to take swift and cooperative action. The company has rapidly grown into a global multi-faceted financial institution offering services in loan administration, trustee services on bond financings and escrow services. GLAS is the market-leading independent player in its markets, administering more than $750 billion in assets and offering mission critical services to the world’s largest counterparties in the institutional debt markets. We have recently signed acquisition terms with Oakley Capital, the private equity fund, and La Caisse, following an exceptionally successful exit by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, which invested in GLAS in 2022. Oakley have strong ambitions for the business in terms of M&A and further geographical expansion – so this is a highly exciting time of growth for both the GLAS business, and the people within. It’s our people who make GLAS successful and we strive to recruit and retain the best people and operate in an environment underpinned by inclusivity, diversity, and opportunity. We recognise that a more inclusive workplace allows ideas and a variety of points of view to trigger discussions or deliver innovative results. Besides, we want people at GLAS to be successful – we are committed in your career development. We truly believe in and live by our values of stepping in, stepping up and standing out.
