Job Title: Administrator

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Safety and Compliance team based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional administrative experience and advanced Excel skills to support a team focused on maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
This is a part-time, hybrid role, offering flexibility and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to the Safety and Compliance team.
2. Create and manage spreadsheets and trackers using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
3. Assist with the preparation of compliance reports, safety documentation, and internal communications.
4. Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date and audit-ready.
5. Help coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes when required.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support compliance-related activities.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and compliance processes.
Key Skills & Experience:
8. Proven experience in a busy administrative role.
9. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential (e.g., data analysis, formulas, pivot tables).
10. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
13. A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
14. Awareness of compliance principles and the importance of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable:
15. Familiarity with basic document control or version management.
16. Experience supporting safety, compliance, or quality assurance teams.
17. Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
