🕒 Part-Time – 20 Hours Per Week (4 Hours Per Day, Monday–Friday)
💰 £17,000 – £20,000 per annum (£16–£19 per hour)

The Good Sheet is a specialist supplier of sheet materials, timber, insulation and dry-lining, serving trade and DIY customers across the East Midlands. We focus on providing quality products, competitive prices and straightforward service, backed by our cut-to-size capabilities and expert knowledge.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and proactive Brand & Content Marketing Executive to help build awareness of The Good Sheet brand and showcase what makes us different.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, telling stories and building brands.
Our SEO and Google Ads are managed by an external agency, so your focus will be on content creation, social media management, photography, videography, local marketing initiatives and brand awareness.
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, able to work independently and confident bringing new ideas to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
* Plan, create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
* Produce engaging reels, stories and short-form videos.
* Write blogs, customer case studies and marketing content.
* Maintain a consistent content calendar.
* Grow engagement and brand awareness across all channels.
Photography & Videography
* Capture high-quality product photography for our website and marketing materials.
* Photograph new products, customer projects and installations.
* Create lifestyle and brand imagery.
* Produce video content showcasing products, warehouse operations and customer projects.
* Edit and prepare images and videos for use across digital channels.
Brand Awareness
* Develop and deliver local marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate leaflet and promotional campaigns.
* Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
* Support exhibitions, events and networking opportunities.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
* Build relationships with local businesses, tradespeople, designers and industry contacts.
* Develop collaborative marketing opportunities.
* Support customer testimonial and referral initiatives.
Marketing Support
* Work closely with our external SEO and PPC agency.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
* Track engagement and campaign performance.
* Recommend new marketing initiatives and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Essential
âś” Experience in content creation, marketing or social media management
âś” Strong photography skills and a good eye for visual content
âś” Experience creating video content for social media
âś” Confident using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools
âś” Excellent written and verbal communication skills
âś” Highly organised and self-motivated
âś” Ability to work independently and take ownership
âś” A creative mindset with a willingness to bring ideas forward
Desirable
âś” Experience with product photography
âś” Experience within construction, building materials, DIY, interiors or e-commerce
âś” Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
âś” Basic photo and video editing experience
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 months, you will have:

* Created content that positions The Good Sheet as the go-to supplier for sheet materials, timber, insulation and dry-lining in the East Midlands and beyond.
