This is a great opportunity to join our IT team in the Gateshead office. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be assisting and supporting the wider team with the administration of user services.


As IT Service Desk Analyst You Will

* Administer and control all internal line of business software systems.
* Maintain, update, and create administrative documentation.
* Support IT assets and equipment, including iPads, laptops, and mobile phones, liaising with external 3rd party providers.
* Troubleshoot network issues and liaise with network providers.
* Take incoming calls and remotely support IT issues.
* Support IT projects when required.


As IT Service Desk Analyst You’ll Have

* A good administrative background and ability to perform general administrative activities.
* Effective communication skills, including telephone skills.
* Ability to manage conflicting demands across a diverse organization.
* Strong team player with high attention to detail.
* A problem solver with a logical and structured approach to work.
