Admin & Data Entry Assistant – Magor (Temp to Perm)

Aligra is recruiting for a reliable Admin & Data Entry Assistant to join a leading logistics firm in Magor. This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00, or Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00 providing a consistent early shift schedule.

What you’ll be doing:
6. Accurately inputting data into company systems with high attention to detail
7. Managing and organising electronic and paper records efficiently
8. Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
9. Assisting with reporting and maintaining spreadsheets
10. Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
11. Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
12. Proven admin or data entry experience, ideally in logistics or related sectors
13. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
14. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
15. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
16. Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
