SEN Teaching Assistant Pay: £90-£110 per day Full-time/ Term Time only Havering, North London We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, and/or emotional and behavioural needs. Assist in the preparation and delivery of tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Promote inclusion and encourage independence both inside and outside the classroom. Support the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills. Monitor and record pupils' progress and report to relevant staff. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents/carers.SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
