* This is an exciting opportunity to join our Healthcare Sales Team and be part of a highly valued, performing and visible area of our business
* You will drive sales, key business development activities and account manage our customers within the NHS. At the forefront, you’ll deliver the best results to ensure we stand out from the rest
* A key part of this role will involve you designing and delivering customer strategy programs, including pricing and proposals to help you meet the overall financial goals for the portfolio and support the retention and growth of the business
* You will act as the expert to provide in depth knowledge, engage and inspire our customers by demonstrating our unique and wide range of our products and services in order to meet their needs
* Working in coordination with the wider Healthcare team, you will identify and implement continual process & performance improvements in supply to the NHS including the introduction of new digital tools
* In addition, you will learn all about our products and services by introducing and selling a variety of our new digital products and solutions to customers
* This role will give you the opportunity to network with others and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including operations, supply chain and product management
* And lastly, this role will provide coverage across London and surrounding East areas, in which you will be required to travel across these areas

* You have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire, network and develop positive relationships with people both internally and externally
* You have great leadership skills and can influence others whilst working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to drive change and deliver results
* You are keen to keep up to date and understandthe market trends to think outside of the box around how we retain ourcustomers’ and grow
* In addition, you have experience in a Sales, marketing, or commercial environment with any relevant qualifications in these areas being an advantage
* And lastly, you are pro-active and motivated to want to develop and learn new things to challenge yourself which includes learning more about the industrial gases industry, our products, systems and services
