Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied and fast-paced role? We’re seeking an Operations Administrator to support our client's day-to-day business functions, ensuring smooth coordination across suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
??? Key Responsibilities:
Subcontractor & Supplier Administration
* Process new supplier and subcontractor applications using Destin8 and Sage
* Maintain up-to-date subcontractor insurance records
* Manage subcontractor contracts and respond to queries
* Send weekly rate confirmations and update job ratings
* Monitor and manage the subcontractor mailbox
Customer & Office Support
* Process new customer applications and assist with account setup
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Support general office administration and recurring tasks
Fuel & Resource Coordination
* Order diesel and manage UK Fuels stock levels
* Issue and manage fuel cards, resolving any related queries
Administrative Processing
* Assist with processing supplier and subcontractor documentation
* Upload payment files and support weekly payment routines
* Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and recurring POs
* Support with invoicing for fuel, trailer hire, and office rent
General Administrative Duties
* Update internal recharge sheets and process recharges
* Assist with parking and fuel invoice handovers
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider operations team
? What You’ll Bring:
* Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
* Excellent organisational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using systems like Sage and Destin8 (or similar)
* A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
