Key Account Manager, Benelux – Oncology Overview:
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the launch and growth of its oncology portfolio across the Benelux region, starting with a key product for dermatological oncology. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with hospital pharmacists, oncologists, and surgeons, driving access, and ensuring ethical promotion of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales objectives and manage key hospital accounts across Benelux.
* Identify and engage decision-makers within hospitals to ensure product access.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
* Organize in-hospital meetings, symposia, and represent the company at congresses.
* Develop and execute regional account plans aligned with corporate strategy.
* Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access).
* Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company standards.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; certified pharmaceutical sales representative.
* 5–10 years’ experience in hospital or oncology sales, ideally within the Benelux market.
* Proven knowledge of local market access and hospital procurement processes.
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent command of English.
* Strong communicator with an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex stakeholder environments.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
