Role Responsibilities

* Lead curriculum development across multiple construction trades with a future-focused, sustainable approach.
* Deliver high-quality teaching that prepares students for real-world multi-skills roles.
* Embed green construction practices and modern methods into the learning experience.
* Work with employers to ensure curriculum aligns with industry needs and expectations.
* Support and develop staff to deliver innovative and practical training.
* Promote behaviours, values, and skills aligned with a modern, professional workforce.


Minimum Qualifications

* Level 3 qualification in a construction trade.
* Level 5 Teaching Qualification or willingness to work towards.
* Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English or willingness to work towards.
* Health and Safety qualification desirable.


Skills & Experience

* Practical experience across a range of construction trades and site-based skills.
* Understanding of sustainable construction, MMC, and industry developments.
* Experience teaching or delivering vocational training in construction.
* Ability to integrate digital tools and modern techniques into teaching.
* Proven ability to engage employers and align training with sector priorities.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
