Do you have a passion for psychology and want to inspire the next generation of thinkers? We are looking for a talented Psychology Teacher to join our team in Northampton, teaching KS4 and KS5 students. This role comes with the potential for a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) for the right candidate.
Role Overview
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
* Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students, covering topics like research methods, biological psychology, and mental health
* Inspire students to develop a critical understanding of human behaviour
* Foster independent thinking through engaging lessons and practical applications
* Guide students through exam preparation and ensure they achieve excellent results
* Take on the opportunity to lead the Psychology Department or take on additional responsibilities, with potential for TLR

What We’re Looking For
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
