About the Role
* Lead a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, achieving commercial and performance targets.
* Adopt a hands‑on approach for operational activities, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere of motivation and inspiration, encouraging the team to reach their best.
* Continuously improve stockroom processes, identify and solve problems to maintain the highest standards.
* Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
About You
* Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring others with a positive, energetic approach.
* Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to change.
* Excellent communicator, approachable under pressure, and realistic in expectations of others.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas.
* Confident when dealing with people issues and capable of multi‑tasking, planning, organizing and prioritizing workload.
* Experience in achieving productivity related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
