Parts Sales Advisor We are currently working with a premium automative brand to recruit for a Part Sales Advisor to join their existing team, within the Parts Department. The role is permanent and based in Dungannon. The Part Sales Advisor will be responsible for: Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately and efficiently Processing orders promptly for both internal departments and external customers Delivering excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions Providing product recommendations, promoting offers, and identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate Sourcing unavailable parts from alternative suppliers and coordinating deliveries Checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock control procedures Assisting with the day-to-day operations and general duties within the parts department What you will need to have for the Part Sales Advisor role: Minimum of 1 year experience in a motor industry parts advisor role IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office and parts catalogues Strong communication skills across telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions High attention to detail and accuracy Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role Strong passion for the automotive industry Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively Skills: Parts, Vehicle, Van, Car Parts ADZN1_NI
