37 hours per week
Fixed Term (Funded until March 2026).
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced practitioner to join the Youth Justice Service as a Trauma Lead Practitioner based in Civic Offices Bridgend.
As we enter into the final months of our groundbreaking ‘Relationship Building Together’ project, funded through the Youth Endowment Fund, we are looking to further embed a trauma informed approach in our work with children and families in line with the Welsh Assembly Governments Youth Justice Blueprint for Wales.
Utilising the Trauma Recovery Model as a framework the successful candidate will be required to provide support to case managers through effective case screening, organise and facilitate multi-agency timelining meetings and provide ongoing advice, support and training.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
