Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the day-to-day delivery of Client work across assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality outcomes and smooth project management
2. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior Client stakeholders, acting as their key agency partner
3. Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to shape clear, insightful briefs that drive effective creative and commercial results
4. Oversee project teams, providing direction, support, and constructive feedback to ensure excellence in delivery
5. Manage contracts, fees, and account profitability with accuracy and transparency
6. Report financial performance data clearly and on time
7. Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
8. Champion agency values and foster a collaborative, positive working culture
9. Stay informed on market and industry trends to identify opportunities for Clients and the Agency
10. Lead the onboarding process for new Clients following successful pitches
