You’ll play a key role in shaping the organisation’s BI and analytics capability and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions What You’ll Be Doing: Designing intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to help teams quickly understand key trends and performance metrics Building and maintaining data models to support accurate, insightful analysis Managing ETL processes from multiple data sources Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions Supporting training and user adoption for BI tools across the organisation Helping improve data literacy and championing the value of digital and data tools Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting processe What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a BI Developer Strong skills in Power BI (DAX), SSRS, and SQL Experience working in Azure reporting or data warehouse environments Knowledge of ETL processes (Alteryx experience a plus) Excellent communication skills—able to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles Benefits provided by the client Flexible Working Arrangements 25 days annual leave Bank holidays Life Assurance Continuous development including free access to Plural Site and budget to invest in courses.
