This is a key position within the company’s vitally important Customer Services Department and consists of day-to-day involvement in the various activities of its busy team. The successful applicant would work under the supervision of the company’s Operations Manager with the position consisting of the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Customer Correspondence: Administering incoming phone orders from pharmacies and processing them using the company’s Sage software platform; a requirement to provide general information to customers would also be involved. Sales Representative Support: Providing general support to the company’s team of 17 Area Sales Managers operating in the field.
