Are you ready to make a splash? At Splash Waterworld, our lifeguards are the heartbeat of our poolside experience, ensuring that every guest has a fun and safe adventure. Your role will be crucial in creating unforgettable moments while keeping safety as our top priority!
Your Role
As a lifeguard, you will:
* Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.
* Engage with guests of all ages, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Lead and support exciting poolside activities.
* Exhibit excellent attention to detail in all safety protocols.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:
* Friendly and confident: Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming environment.
* Strong swimmers: Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
* Reliable and flexible: Team players who can also work independently when needed.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so your flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
Swim Test Requirement
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Note: Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to participate in the swim test.
