Resource Manager - Kings Cross, East Side Offices
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can:-
Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
To work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided balancing resources through other provisions.
To ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
To work within a team of Resource Managers, managing the day-to-day operations at relevant depots that will provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
Do you possess the following skills?
* Planning and organisation to demanding timescales
* High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, MS Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
* Support and assist your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance
