Responsibilities:

* Leading by example – setting the tone for service excellence across all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and
* in-room dining.
* Coaching and developing a large, diverse F&B team – from junior team members to senior HODs – with clear goals, ongoing feedback, and tailored development plans
* Working hands-on with your team to ensure every guest experience reflects five-star standards, consistency, and attention to detail
* Creating a strong internal culture that champions accountability, communication, and pride in performance
* Collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure F&B plays a central role in the hotel’s wider guest journey
* Using data and guest feedback to continuously refine and raise the level of service delivery
Requirements:

* A strong commercial mindset and understanding of revenue and cost management
* Impeccable guest service standards and a hands-on, people-first leadership style
* Experience in managing a large team and multi-outlet operations
