To do this we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facility within our clubs.
The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care, and maintaining a positive and nurturing environment within all our clubs.
Being a Virgin Active Childcare Supervisor
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
2. Managing a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling rotas
3. Monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment.
4. Ensuring that the childcare facility is in compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
5. You have excellent attention to detail – nothing gets by without you noticing!
6. You are a great communicator, and always willing to support both staff and members, and can effectively build relationships with parents and care givers
Qualifications
7. You have a minimum Level 3 qualification in a child related field, alongside previous experience working with children (please note Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification)
