Responsibilities
* Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs
* Assisting with learning activities and adapting materials where required
* Encouraging independence and building children\'s social and emotional skills
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create consistent support strategies
Requirements / Qualifications
* Have previous experience supporting children with SEN (such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH)
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a positive approach to challenges
* Are passionate about helping every child thrive in their education
