You'll be involved in a wide range of surveying and project work, with a strong focus on insurance-led instructions. Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition assessments
Managing reinstatement and refurbishment projects
Preparing expert witness reports for legal proceedings
Working closely with engineers, architects, and project managers across disciplines
Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
