UCS College Group are seeking an exceptional candidate with strong customer service, analytical, administration and organisational skills to further strengthen our quality approach.
Salary -£26,758 - £28,470 (Scale 5) *Plus 20.3% Employer pension Contribution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching, training, assessing and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) staff in the execution of their duties linked to quality assurance and provide extensive administrative support.
You will be confident in all forms of communication, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and able to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally to represent our College Group. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and a ‘can do’ approach.
