I am recruiting for an Administrator for a Derby based Client on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be communicating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the site operation. Duties will include- · Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible · Making sure to arrive and leave in a punctual manner and that correct break times are adhered to · Answer the phone to deal with enquiries or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues · Booking Loads in over the phone and Via email · Maintain and updating pallet records Person Specification: · Keen and enthusiastic · Effective team player · Punctual and reliable · Willing to work in a busy office environment · Calm and able to work under pressure · Excellent communication skills Useful Experience: · Very good knowledge of MS office · Proven experience in a similar role · Working to tight deadlines · Able to prioritize ever demanding changes Candidates MUST have strong experience with Microsoft packages including Excel. SAFETY BOOTS AND HIGH VIS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE Hours are Monday- Friday 08.30- 16.30
