About this role
Mind in Harrow is recruiting a Mental Health Inpatient Support Worker to provide vital support to patients during their stay on the wards at Northwick Park Hospital. This role is all about listening, advocating, and helping people prepare for life beyond the hospital by ensuring they have the right support in place. Working closely with NHS colleagues and community services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
