About the RolesTeaching Assistant / Behaviour SupportYou’ll help to:
Support behaviour and learning
Provide 1:1 guidance
Create a calm, positive classroom environment
Build trust and meaningful relationships with students
Cover SupervisorYou’ll:
Deliver pre‑planned lessons
Keep classes focused and engaged
Maintain behaviour standards (No teaching experience needed — confidence andmunication are what count!)
