Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent certification.
* Experience within primary education.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different educational settings.
* A passion for helping children learn and grow.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of phonics, or willingness to learn.
