The Role:
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operation, working closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to ensure service excellence, staff performance, and the smooth operation of day-to-day service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH team to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences
* Manage daily service, guest relations, reservations, and team scheduling
* Collaborate with the back-of-house to ensure seamless communication and alignment
* Monitor financial performance and budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitability
* Maintain Michelin-level service standards, attention to detail, and ambiance
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a fine dining/Michelin-level restaurant
* Deep understanding of luxury service, wine and beverage programs, and guest engagement
* Proven leadership, training, and team development skills
* A calm, organized, and professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving abilities
