Job Purpose
Responsible for technical concepts, deployment, and security requirements of practice management software, supporting sales and customer engagement efforts.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Develop technical frameworks and integration requirements adhering to security standards.
• Support sales and requirement qualification for large software projects.
• Coordinate project partners during implementation.
• Contribute to marketing and sales activities like reference projects and customer visits.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
• Experience in cloud-based software sales, security concepts, and IT integration in healthcare.
• Experience with complex software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
