Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh EH3 8AN. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring that our long-term client receive the highest standard of service. Your contributions will directly align with our mission to provide exceptional cleaning solutions while valuing our employees.
Responsibilities
* Perform daily cleaning tasks in the office settings as per cleaning specification and as a part of the team
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
* Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
2h per day Monday - Friday; shift times around 6pm-8pm
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning services is preferred.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
