About the Job
We are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Parts/Customer Services person, who can provide our customers with exceptional service and technical support with our products. It is important that you are a person who is flexible in your approach to work and eager to work across other business departments during times when there may be deadlines to meet.
About you
You enjoy a hands-on practical environment, and can build lasting relationships with your customers. You are self-motivated, highly organised, experienced in dispatching goods, and have the desire to problem solve and achieve results.
You have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for agricultural machinery, pumps, sprayers, motors and parts. Would suit someone who has come from the motor industry.
If you are the right person we are looking for, you will take on the following:
Proven experience in customer service, providing technical support and increasing sales through your ability to generate orders from inbound inquiries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
Ability to quickly learn a range of products and operating systems.
First-rate planning and organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to easily problem solve.
