IBP Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Acquisition Surveyor in the Surrey area. Working in the mobile telecoms sector, you must have experience in this area as an Acquisition Surveyor. This role is hybrid, but travel to sites is required. A car or car allowance is also provided with this role. Our client offers great benefits that are designed to support you in and out of work.
What will you be doing?
Run site surveys to check if locations are right for network deployment and acquisition
Spotting constraints early and flagging practical issues.
Collecting precise site data, snapping photos, and producing clear survey reports for design and planning teams.
Ensuring sites meet planning rules, health & safety, and landlord needs.
Working closely with acquisition managers, landlords, and internal teams to resolve site-specific issues quickly.
Supporting smooth, on-time site acquisition and build activities to meet client programme milestones.
Being hands-on and flexible, communicating clearly with stakeholders and ready to travel between sites, proactively keeping projects moving daily.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in site acquisition or surveying within telecoms or infrastructure projects
Solid knowledge of planning regulations, property law and health & safety standards.
Stakeholder management and negotiation
Calm under pressure and able to get deals over the line.
You hold a relevant qualification and can translate technical and legal requirements into practical, commercial solutions that keep projects moving.
Happy to travel to sites as required, flexible and hands-on.
