Are you a proactive and detail-focused administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We're working with a fast-growing, well-established business in Kettering that's looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team on a temporary basis for 6 months - with a real chance to go permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant sales support team in a company that supplies popular consumer products across the UK and beyond.
📍 Location: Kettering
🕘 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm
💰 Pay: £13.00 per hour (equivalent to £25,350 annually)
📅 Contract: 6-month temp (potential to go permanent)
🔍 What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound calls and assisting with sales enquiries
Processing B2B orders via phone and email
Responding to customer queries by phone or email (B2B and B2C)
Supporting Sales Representatives and Agents with information and updates
Keeping email logs clear and organised daily
Managing and processing complaints in a professional manner
Updating customer portals with stock levels
Providing general administrative support across the team🧠 What we're looking for:
