The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Will Have:
1. Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), SEMH, or additional needs
2. A genuine passion for Special Educational Needs and inclusive education
3. A nurturing, resilient, and engaging approach
4. Confidence supporting and positively managing behaviour
5. An interest in working within primary or secondary SEND settings
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
