Vision for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected specialist provision in the Bristol area to recruit a dedicated Youth Behaviour Mentor to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. About the Role As a Youth Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs. You will work closely with class teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to: Support pupils with communication, interaction and emotional regulation Deliver tailored learning activities in a structured, nurturing environment Promote independence, life skills and positive behaviour Build meaningful relationships that help pupils thrive This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and every day you will see the positive impact of your support.
