AV Project Manager

Paragon Audio Visual is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to deliver large-scale Audio Visual deployments for blue-chip clients across multiple industries.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and working within a team of four Project Managers, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AV and digital content solutions across nationwide client estates — managing hardware installations, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to scope.
This role combines hands-on site delivery with structured project management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the plan and on the ground making things happen.
The Role
You will take ownership of projects from survey and scoping through to installation, deployment and handover. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and clients, you’ll ensure accurate planning, smooth coordination and excellent communication throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of large-scale AV and digital deployment projects across multiple locations
* Conduct accurate site surveys and define clear project scopes and deliverables
* Manage physical hardware installation, contractor activity and onsite delivery
* Coordinate external suppliers and partners to meet tight project timelines
* Track and log assets and requirements using tools such as Solarvista
* Review technical drawings and identify risks or delivery challenges early
* Provide timely, accurate project updates to internal stakeholders and clients
* Proactively manage risks, issues and changing client requirements
* Work collaboratively with fellow Project Managers to share best practice and improve delivery methods
* Travel nationwide as required, with potential for occasional international travel
About You
* Proven experience in a Project Management role within AV (Audio Visual), technology or technical installations
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing contractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
* Able to balance desktop planning with onsite coordination
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
* Technically aware with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
* Energetic, adaptable and solutions-focused
* Strong relationship builder who can quickly gain trust and alignment
