Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom. The role involves providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support, promoting independence, and helping to create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.

A caring, patient, and compassionate individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
Experienced or interested in working with pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
Calm, resilient, and positive, with confident behaviour management skills
Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt to individual learning needs
A committed team player with strong communication skills
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
