Mid-level is up to £500pd ) to support a large-scale digital transformation across a Defence engineering/manufacturing environment. These roles will help build “the plan before the plan” - shaping strategy, collating information and establishing the transformation blueprint.The RoleWorking with operational, engineering and technical teams, you’ll map current-state processes, identify gaps and support the development of a multi-year transformation strategy across a highly secure environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead discovery across engineering, manufacturing and operational functionsBuild transformation roadmaps and strategic recommendationsAnalyse complex IT + OT landscape interactionsSupport requirements gathering for classified and unclassified systemsWork directly with Technical Architects and senior stakeholdersProduce high-quality documentation, plans and business casesEssential Experience:Prior experience in Defence, Aerospace or National SecurityBackground in digital transformation programmesStrong ability to turn complexity into structured plansEngineering/manufacturing experience ideal (not essential)Excellent stakeholder communication in a secure environmentContract Details:Senior BA: up to £650pd / BA: up to £500pdInside IR3512 monthsHybrid – 3 days per week onsite in BedfordMust be eligible for UK Security Clearance
