We're recruiting an experienced Housing Officer to join a local authority housing service delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across a diverse borough. This role offers the opportunity to manage a patch-based caseload, supporting council tenants and leaseholders across tenancy management, rent enforcement, anti-social behaviour, estate management and customer engagement. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary housing team, helping to maintain standards across the council's housing stock while supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
