Our client is a rapidly growing global cybersecurity vendor offering advanced solutions that protect enterprise environments from emerging digital threats. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovation, they are now expanding their EMEA presence and seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join their high-performing international team.
The Role
As the Senior Sales Engineer – EMEA, you will act as the technical cornerstone of the regional sales organization. Working closely with Account Executives, Channel Partners, and Enterprise Customers, you will translate complex cybersecurity challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
This is a senior, hands-on position requiring both deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen. You’ll be instrumental in driving customer confidence, accelerating the sales cycle, and shaping technical strategy across diverse market verticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process, from discovery to solution design and proof of concept.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to technical and business audiences.
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design robust cybersecurity solutions.
* Lead technical discussions, RFP responses, and solution architecture reviews.
* Provide input into product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market insights.
* Support enablement initiatives for partners and internal sales teams across the EMEA region.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops.
Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture within the cybersecurity domain.
* Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity & access management, and threat detection/response.
* Proven ability to build and deliver high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive-level stakeholders.
* Hands-on technical background - comfortable discussing architectures, integrations, and deployment models.
* Experience working across multiple EMEA markets; additional European languages are advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
