Our evolving Medicines Management team are looking for a dynamic and passionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Our Medicines Management Technicians optimize medication use, support clinical teams, and improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

We are open to recruiting either an experience Pharmacy Technician at a Band 5 level, or a more junior Pharmacy Technician looking to make their next step in their career on a Band 4-5 Progressive Framework.

Responsibilities
 * Patient consultation and Medicines Reconciliation
 * Labelling, Dispensing and Checking of Medications both in the dispensary and at ward level
 * Counselling patients on new medications
 * Proactive self-management of workload
 * Excellent personal and communication skills
