Join to apply for the Governance and Admin Officer role at Care ADHD.

✨ Join Us at The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence: Shaping the Future of Accessible Healthcare✨

At CARE ADHD, we’re revolutionising private healthcare by making ADHD assessments and treatment more affordable and accessible to those who need it. Our client‑centred approach, combined with lean methodology and a focus on continuous improvement, drives our commitment to excellence. We embrace an innovative mindset, encouraging rapid learning and adaptation through our ‘fail fast’ ethos. With ambitious plans to become the largest ADHD service provider outside the NHS within the next five years, we are committed to pushing boundaries and fostering innovation.

💫 Why Work With Us?

As CARE ADHD continues to grow, we’re looking for a committed and organised Governance and Admin Officer to manage and continuously improve key governance processes while also ensuring the smooth coordination of senior‑level meetings, reporting, and compliance.

About

Because we care about people – and that includes you! We’re a company that’s all about creating meaningful connections and building supportive environments, not just for our clients and clinicians, but for our team too. Here’s what you can expect:

* ✨ A people‑first culture where your ideas are welcomed and your contributions valued.
* 🌍 A collaborative, remote‑friendly team that supports flexibility and work‑life balance.
* 🚀 Opportunities to grow your career and shape how we engage and support our clinicians.
* 🎉 Plus, opportunities to get together as a team!

😎 What You’ll Be Doing

As Governance and Admin Officer, you will act as a critical link between the Executive and Senior Leadership team and governance structures. You’ll manage and continuously improve key governance processes while also ensuring the smooth coordination of senior‑level meetings, reporting, and compliance. The role combines strong organisational skills with an understanding of good governance practices – particularly relevant to healthtech companies operating within NHS frameworks. Some responsibilities:

Governance

* Provide high‑level secretariat support to the Board, Senior Leadership Team Delivery Group and other governance forums
* Prepare, format, and circulate agendas, meeting packs, action logs, and minutes within agreed timelines.
* Maintain and update key governance documents, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and conflicts of interest registers and risk registers on our new Quality Management System
* Manage the governance calendar, forward‑planning cycles, and annual reporting schedules
* Act as a key point of contact between SLT and Exec members to support delivery of projects and overall company strategy
* Ensure all governance records are compliant, audit‑ready, and aligned with CQC and NHS frameworks

Administrative Excellence

* Provide high‑level administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring efficient scheduling, and logistical support for internal and external meetings
* Oversee logistics for governance forums and internal meetings, including materials, invitations, and follow‑ups
* Support delivery of projects and overall company strategy
* Help maintain organised digital filing systems and version control across platforms such as SharePoint, Notion, Radar, and Teams
* Support the creation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and reporting formats to ensure consistency and scalability
* Support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment between governance, quality, compliance, and operational delivery to support with SLT and Exec Teams.
* To thrive in this role you’ll need to:
* 💬 Skilled Communicator – you're good at explaining things to people in written or verbal communication and you are thoughtful in all of your interactions
* 🔍 Attention to detail – you don’t miss a beat when it comes to data entry and written communications
* 📅 Highly Organised – you know how to stay on top of moving parts and can jump from speaking with a patient on the phone to getting to the bottom of a missing order
* 💪 Passionate and Driven – you are driven to deliver the best support to our associates and patients
* 🤝 Team Player – you enjoy working collaboratively and learning from your team
* 💻 Tech‑savvy – Proficiency using digital tools and platforms to manage documentation and workflows

Bonus Points

* Experience working within a remote, fast‑paced environment.
* Healthcare / Health Tech industry experience.

* Task‑based interview / meet the team

Studies show that men apply for roles when they meet around 60% of the qualifications, whereas women and other marginalised groups often apply only if they meet every requirement. If you believe you’re a great fit but don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply!

At Care ADHD, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, especially those from historically marginalised communities, as we work together to create a more equitable future.
