Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent professional firm based in Bath city centre, in their search for a Risk and Best Practice Assistant to join their experienced team.
You will be joining the Risk and Best Practice department ensuring that a professional and high-quality service is provided to all queries concerning risk and compliance.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customer/client queries
2. Reviewing GDPR data breaches
3. Liaising with internal teams to respond to and resolve complex matters
4. Escalating complaints to the correct member of staff as and when required
5. Providing guidance for clients concerning onboarding queries
6. Supporting internal teams with system queries
7. Generating reports on the department's risk and compliance registers
8. Informing staff of any policy updates
9. Collating the department's certificates and registrations
10. Undertaking file audits and providing administrative support for external audits
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
11. Previous experience in an administration or advisory role, ideally within professional services
12. Knowledge of risk and compliance subjects – e.g. data protection
13. A professional and personable communicator – verbal and written
14. Able to oversee multiple projects within tight deadlines
15. A positive and proactive team player
