The urology ward clerk for Buckland ward provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the inpatient urology unit, ensuring efficient co-ordination of patient services across a 24-hour service. This role is central to maintaining accurate patient records, facilitating communication between MDT, and supporting the smooth operation of the ward. Working closely, with nursing staff, physicians, allied health professionals and hospital departments, the ward clerk ensures timely processing of admissions, discharges, transfers and clinical documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
